Pauline and Oscar King have been working as loan officers with Point Mortgage for the last 6 years. Pauline has been in the lending industry for over 20 years, while Oscar has been in the industry for 17 years, both specializing in Government loans but have also closed many conventional loans in their many years in the business. They are both fluent in Spanish and have worked and lived in the South Bay for over 30 years. Pauline and her husband Oscar King started working together as a team 11 years ago forming what we call very proudly “The King Team”, this has been the best business decision as it gives them the ability to grow and provide for their clients as a team with excellent customer service. 

This is an exciting time for us as our business continues to grow, we are focused on growing strategically as a team. Adding staff is a part of our plan and we are excited to continue growing together as a team. We are happy to add to our team an Assistant, Carolina Hoyos.
